Reverb 10.5 Tofu & Fresh Air
Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.

Reverb 10.5 - Prompt from December 5, 2010 (Alice Bradley)
Let Go. What (or whom) did you let go of this year? Why?
We let go when we're not holding on tight enough. We let go when it's time to move on. We let go when a gusty breeze causes us to lose our grip.
Tofu. Earlier this year I watched Food, Inc. Even though I felt an immediate impact, it wasn't until weeks later than I noticed a shift. I've always been a big eater, but all the sudden meal time lost its allure. I felt sick to my stomach. I felt like something was wrong.
Eventually, I realized that my mind and body were not comfortable with eating meat. I became a pescatarian at some point this summer, and I've been happily meat-free since.
Fresh Air. For the last 6 years, I've documented parts of my life on a blue and white website. I posted pictures from parties I didn't remember and untagged my face when I'd rather forget. I became friends with people I knew once in kindergarten and stalked my exboyfriends' exgirlfriends. All because of this little blue website.
People are spending 700 billion minutes per month on Facebook - and last week I decided to stop, breathe in some fresh air and cultivate my friendships in real life.
