Today marks the beginning of The Next Chapter: The Joy Diet. I am excited to join this online book club of courageous, artistic and thoughtful bloggers. It may be obvious since this blog is still a baby, but this is my first undertaking of the sort. I am looking forward to seeking joy while exploring Martha Beck’s concept.
