We’ve all been there. Life feels like it’s coming at you full speed. You need something to ground you, fast. These short, effective actions are your go-to rescue rhythms.
Think of them as little lifelines for those moments when everything is a bit too much: whether it’s the first day of your cycle, the third day of solo parenting, or the umpteenth time you’re dealing with family drama.
How much time do you have? Pick the rescue rhythm that fits:
One minute: Pause, breathe, and ask your inner voice, “What do I need?” It sounds simple, but that tiny pause can ground you in the moment and give you instant clarity.
