This wasn’t the episode I had planned, but I’m bringing you another guided meditation after receiving such great feedback on the last one.

It’s no secret. This year has been filled with chaos and confusion. Even now that we know the outcome of the presidential election (yes yes yes!), there is still plenty of uncertainty.

I hope this meditation gives you support as you sit, breathe, and witness your ability to navigate the thoughts and feelings swirling around. You can breathe light into the chaos and confusion.

One of my favorite follows.

I love following Hitha Palepu on Instagram @hithapalepu. Last week on IGTV she talked about how democracy is a process, not a destination. She recorded it before we knew that Biden Harris won, but this is still worth watching: What Do We Do Now? Where Do We Go From Here?

One more thing.

This Thursday, I’m teaching a workshop on Instagram Live at 1:30pm CST all about accessing your inner wisdom, feeling good about it, and taking action from there.⁣

Set a reminder. Join me. Breathe. Learn how to tune into yourself. I will NOT be doing replay because there’s a certain kind of magic to being in the moment.
