This version of kaileenelise.com has been a long time in the making. It started in 2009 when blogging was a creative escape from my corporate job, a place where I could find and share inspiration.

There have been many content and career pivots through the years. And plenty of site redesigns—just take a peek at these screenshots from 2012, 2013, and 2018!

When I launched my coaching business in 2020, I started to focus even more on intuition, intention, and inspiration. Since then, I’ve found so much clarity in who I am, but more importantly, I’ve gotten to know this incredible community even better.

This brand refresh and site redesign grew from the insights I gathered in private sessions and group classes. I hoped to create a space where you can find inspiration in an effortless, beautiful way.

As you begin the ritual, reflect on these 4 prompts for Spring:

How can you embrace growth?
How can you bring in more grounding?

This 4-card spread asks for insight and guidance, “How can we embody growth, grounding, ease, and enjoyment this season?”

Growth: Ten of Swords from The Fountain Tarot

“Final release. A man crouches on his knees, surrendered, exposed, and pierced through his body. The sun, either rising or setting, hints at an ending and a new beginning. The Ten of Swords represents a conversation or a view in your mind that has grown very, very old, past the point of being useful.

Rest assured, you and others have struggled with it long enough. Let it go. A conversation that was once about possibility has become stale and lifeless. No one can force you to give it up, but surrendering this idea will create space for something new and it may just change your life. Meaning, an end to an outdated way of being or thinking, surrender, betrayal, forgiveness of self or others, and liberation from the past.”
