Want to read more, but not sure how? Try these rituals that encourage reading, resources to help you read more, and a list of 11 books I’ve read so far this year.

4 Rituals that Encourage Reading

  1. Incorporate reading into your daily rituals:

    • Read a soothing book before bed

    • Read an inspiring book with your morning coffee

    • Read something fun in the afternoon instead of scrolling social media

  2. Pick up more fiction! Give yourself permission to read something fun, easy, and quick.

  3. Anchor reading to a specific location:

    • Read in a cozy corner of your home

    • Read in the bath

    • Read on your porch
